I learned to focus/isolate specific muscle groups using bands, and got good workout ideas I can do anywhere that are effective.
For me I think they are durable, tight, and don't lose resistance. They add an extra burn in your muscles and it causes all of your muscles to engage even if you're not just working legs. I love them!
Athleader Bands are awesome! They help me work my whole body, but especially target my hips, quads, hamstrings, and booty. And Quinton teaches a lot of ways to use them effectively that I would have never thought of!
